This year’s Valentine’s Day is celebrated!

Because now more than ever you shouldn’t forget to enjoy the good things in life. You just have to come up with a good plan to surprise your partner.

This time the chef will be you, and… the romantic restaurant? That’ll be in your living room; beautiful scented candles, a bouquet of flowers, and an exquisite dinner prepared with love and affection, will make this February 14th an unforgettable day. Is there really a better way to celebrate love?

Here comes the tricky part. Cooking not your thing? Are you in a stalemate with the stove? Start breaking down that barrier today and prepare your first quick, simple and colourful recipe to blow your partner’s mind.

Don’t be overwhelmed! First of all, make sure you have your Mini Crunchy Snack with a touch of ham in the pantry to enjoy your time in front of the stove and let’s get down to work.

Don’t worry, the recipe is very easy to prepare and I’m sure it will turn out great. In addition, the vegetables are a sure hit, and the colour and smell they give off are unbeatable. Can you think of what the recipe would be?

We’ll give you more clues! These are the ingredients we need to prepare our star dish:

As we said before, our recipe is all about vegetables, so… Choose your favourites! We have chosen: an aubergine, a pepper, two onions, two tomatoes, a courgette and tomato sauce.

Have you guessed it yet? It’s a Ratatouille.

Here are the steps you need to follow to make the perfect Romantic Ratatouille:

To prepare it you just have to make sure you wash the vegetables well, cut them carefully into thin slices and place them, alternately, on a base of tomato sauce. You can make it any shape you want, ours will be in a spiral, a very hypnotizing and successful shape for Valentine’s Day.

Now all that’s left to do is bake our Romantic Ratatouille for 20 minutes and… Done! Take advantage of this moment to prepare the table and give it your personal touch. Do you think your partner will like it?

Conquer your partner’s palate with this colourful dinner with a handmade flavour without leaving home.
